Those Mounties lost their lives doing a job you couldn't come close to doing. Alright i'll clear up some of the controversy surrounding this video.

Knee on the neck is standard, among RCMP and regular martial arts, its used to keep the guy down. If you're provoking the police by obstructing justice and his arrest, than he has every right to pepper spray them, he has other more important things to do than try and talk to poeple who won't listen
