It's such a shame that she transferred to pop and wasted her voice. Because of all the smoking, she'll never be able to sing Classical ever again.

@carlowillz I never said that opinions weren't allowed, but you have to realize that the way your opinion is worded, whether you meant to sound like that or not, comes off very prejudice. She is not as world renowned as you might think. In fact, very few people that I know have ever heard of her. Out of the billions of people that live in the United States, only a fraction have heard of Charlotte. And I dare say that Beverly Sills is known around the world and Josh Groban and many others.

@flowersings lol. grow up, that is my opinion, maybe from where you are from an opinion isn't allowed, but it is in the UK. And yes those people you named may be talented but how many of them are know world wide, only Charlotte Church, and I'm not saying that talent only comes from wales, but a hell of alot of talent as come from here, Charlotte Church, Bryn Terfel, Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, Kathryn Jenkins, Catherine Zeta Jones and I could carry on!!!

@carlowillz That's a very prejudice view point and certainly not true. There are many other people just as talented and more talented than Charlotte Church. Check out Ruth Ann Swenson, Lucia Popp, Beverly Sills, Nadine Serra and so many others than are not from Wales, but are true opera singers with a lot more talent than she has.
