Ultimacia = Has vast magical power over time. Kefka is supposed to be the God of Magic.

Kujo = Everything revolves around himself and Kefka isn't interested.

Jecht = Relies on pure strength to win fights.

Gabranth = Pretty much worthless character to FFXII story say for small parts that really didn't matter. (also, it's an imitation of Shantotto's winning quote; Shantotto is Gabranth's equal in Dissidia)

Garland = Obsessed with the conflict. Wants it to go on forever.

Mateus (the Emperor) = Took over Hell (and Heaven) and didn't really do much.

Famfrit (Cloud of Darkness) = "Ancient" evil.

Golbez = Knew all the events in Final Fantasy IV. Must have planned his own death too.

Exdeath = Obsessed with JUST destruction. Kefka enjoys both death and destruction.

Kefka = Loves himself, obviously.

Sephiroth = Has no will. Controlled by JENOVA.
