I'm just going to politely suggest that you further educate yourself on some of the fundamental principles of strength training. In doing so, I'm sure you'll soon learn why your "like" to "dislike" ratio is so negatively skewed, which has no doubt received the bulk of its vote from those in the industry that do indeed understand these principles.
We all need to start somewhere and all are lifelong students, so all the best in your future education.
