No. Sorry. This was just a video I brought back from the tour. If you get in touch with the Flanders Philharmonic in Antwerp they may be able to help.

This is actually my favorite Al Stewart song. Just something so haunting and beautiful about the melody and lyrics. It's incredibly brilliant. Year of the Cat is a total classic for the ages but Lord Greenville is the obscure Stewart classic for the ages.

At around 2:20 he does a live echo effect. I love him.

Yes, there are great similarities there too - I think your first suggestion is more likely, although it would be nice to think Mark listened to Al's musci! : )

Actually, Al says the same thing in a different way in Nostradamus.

Not according to Al's lyrics for Nostradamus.

Always thought that honour lay with Snowy White's "Bird Of Paradise". Maybe Tim influenced Snowy who Influenced Mark, or maybe Mark was directly influenced by Tim, or maybe noone was influenced by anyone. Whatever ~ I still love all three tracks, they are great in their own ways.

Probably not. The singer-songwriter era is pretty much over. The new breed of singers out there now in the genre are totally boring and uninspiring.
