@floydfanTN No he didnt. Kyle signed with Felix Sabates knowing good and well that they were going to not be running a full cup schedule that year. He ran and started 18 races for Felix Sabates, 1 race for Rick Hendrick and he DNQ'd for 2 races. that is 21 out of the 29 cup races that year. Also in 1989 KP race 3 races in the Busch Series for Ted Conder.
