I had to stop in the middle for like 2 seconds so I was slowed, but I am not very good anyway :).

you can't put it that way...you are not a machine to sustain velocity constant..; if i can sprint 100m in 10 sec. that doesn't mean that i can multiply with 100 and make 10 km in 16.7 min......wow i'm a champion and i didn't knew!!!!!!!!
