  • @606outburst Listen, smart-ass, do you take me for an idiot? You're the one that mentioned the 303 in the first place. The point is, there are Acid House ACCENTS in the song, as demonstrated by the abundant use of 909 lines. Period. I happen to own both a 909 and 303 myself, so don't pretend you're a leading light. Case closed.

  • GTA Liberty City Stories. <3

  • Love this tune - serious house.

It does sound similar to Slam's Positive Education, in my opinion, especially the rythym structure, don't you think?

  • classic tune...pure and simple. Memories of Garnier at Rex Club early 90s.

And it doesnt matter what pigeon hole anyone wants to put it in. Just enjoy it for what it is.

  • @gasfgiop don't be an arsehole, doesn't make you a pro because you own either drum machine.

  • i have this badass on vinyl :D

  • @GenoClown couldn't agree more...I love hearing influential tracks that help to take the music in new directions. What really bugs me is when you get people arguing over genres until they are blue in the face. I think time has got something to do with it too...when I first got into the scene in 89, we knew what genres the tunes were but that never really mattered. On a typical night out djs would play chicago house, detroit techno, british breakbeat, hip-house, belgian new beat: we loved it all!

  • @konspiracykid True music lovers who enjoy identifying evolution in sound/ the creation of other genres care. It's very interesting to observe. I don't see the use in fighting over it though... You're meant to enjoy it. If two people share a specialized interest like this type of music, they definitely shouldn't ruin their connection by arguing over concepts...

  • @EmieltenHoor And so do I!

  • sublime. period.
