Have you thought of ditching the box? So that you can build some proprioception for depth? Not trying to take this away from you. It's a good lift none the less.
But if you prefer the box stick with it.

NICE JOB!!! Great Depth! Keep those squats nice and low. 315 down now 405 is next. Keep it up!

knees past toes is fine to an extent, but too far is gonna mess you up.
but in general your squat is going to be stronger by pushing your knees out and but back then down, that way you use yyour hammies and quads, not just quads and a bit of hammies. then throw in the hips and ass and your squatting big.

@kooijker1 Thanks buddy! I'm about 5'8. I've never tried squatting that without a box. I've hit 285 parallel w/o but that was a few months back.
