Biggest bull crap I've ever heard, especially Janx. Master Degrees are worthless these days. Too overqualified for some jobs.

A Masters program can be very benificial, especially if you choose and elaborate your *Masters dissertation* carefully, it is a great way to enter the job market with a trompet and get your career a kick-off start.

4:41 First, an employer will tell a junior-candidate what they have to offer (salarywise) and the junior-candidate will accept that offer or not. It is not the other way around, baring in mind the fact that a recently graduated person has often a rather limited workexperience to offer. Second, nowadays companies dont offer any permanent contracts, at all. Moreover, they expect people to be flexible and manage their careers on their own.

Pros or cons don't matter none to me seeing that I don't have what it takes to get a masters degree no how.

I agree with your video. But at the end of the day, I would rather have a Master's Degree than not have one.

in the end, its better to have one than not have one but it may take some time for it to pay off with the way the economy is going.
