I also wanted to add that you are such a delight to watch ur energy is so positive and motivating i sat up all night watching your blogs because they were inspiring me so much. I have wanted to go raw for a while now but always made excuses not to and now after watching ur vids i finally have enough motivation to stick to it. Thanks for being so full of light and sharing ur journey :)

A good trick to drinking more water is to add chlorophyll or mint leaves to it. i myself LOVE water but still sometimes it is difficult to drink the quota for the day so adding something to it always does the trick. Not many ppl think to put chlorophyll in to their water but it really has great benefits to the body such as deodorizing the body (including the bowel) as well as promoting the natural blood cleansing functions in the body ... those are just 2 but there are many more benefits. :)

I've been following 80 10 10 as well and my skin is definately clearer. The dark circles that were under my eyes are better as well.

Thank you :) Maybe watch how you feel tho, I'm definitely including greens into my smoothies everyday. I've just increased the amount of fruit and gotten rid of all other types of food! Go for it :-)

I believe so. As Matt Monarch says, it's not what's in your diet, but you consistently keep out of your diet that makes a difference. I wasn't eating anything except fruit and greens this week...

So you've never just eaten mostly fruit for 3+ days? Welcome to the club, it's awesome. Now you can see why a few of us recommended more fruit. Your in high spirits.
I once pulled out a head of lettuce in the car. My friends thought it was cool.
I now purposely eat basic "raw" foods in public. We're role models.

great video! one of your best. what i'm trying to balance is seasonality. i've read the "3 seasons diet" by john douillard, which takes an ayurvedic approach to eating. i'm trying to make it work for raw foods. he says foods should lighten and heavy up depending on seasonal cycles. i think trying 80-10-10 is easier for you now that it's summer time down under. i wonder how it would be if you started in winter with snow? anyway, wonderful video, you're looking smashing...run fast!
