A word of advice - about covering the potatos so that they are not exposed to the sun.
If a potato is exposed to the sun it turns green and produces a cyanide compound that can make you sick or kill you .
just be sure that the potatos are covered up from direct sunlight as they grow -

Nice video, you should do a bit of talking though about how you did it.
Such as did you drill holes in the bottom for drainage?
how long does it take roughly before you remove from the buckets?
How many do you plant in each bucket?
