In the end he regretted his doing and apologizes to Seo Young but they didn't get back together because he did too much damage. At the end of the series you see him drunk and lying on the ground regretted his actions and Seo Young running to search for him. The rest was left for the audiences to imagine...

I watched this drama.. it was ok.. and very sad :( But Dongwan's acting was great ;D When he's back, i hope he's going to play a nice character in a drama ;)
