오래된 노래 / Old Song (Tribute to Kim DongRyul)

Long time no post!
My life has been quite eventful these few months- I moved to NY for an internship at a music label. It was a sudden decision to move here but I feel like I am getting closer to my dream :) Hopefully, I will have time to finish my demo songs. thanks all for your support !

This is my tribute to one of my favorite artists and 前辈 Kim Dong Ryul from Korea.

Old Song (storyline)

Song is about a singer/songwriter who find this old cassette tape which contained a love song that he once wrote for his girlfriend as her birthday present when they were both young. The recording of the song had a bad piano arrangement, no lyrics but at the time it made her very happy. Listening to this old recording, I reminisce the time when we both used to be so innocent and child-like. (puppy love) Now, I am singing this song on the stage/radio hoping that you are somewhere out there listening to this same old song.

I have followed, supported and loved Kim Dong Ryul works since 1994 when I first heard his magical voice, and today in 2010 I can honestly say all he has done is get better.

Thank you for your tribute it was/is nicely done, I am sure KDR is Honored, and Please continue your appreciation for the on and only Kim Dong Ryul!
