How many colors did you use and what was the meaning of each? We have our event 2-14-09 and we are considering using the sand pouring as a way to include my kids. What are your thoughts?

We used two colours, one for my husband, and one for me. We used it to signify the coming together of the two of us into one family unit. It would work wonderfully with kids. I read an article that said each of their kids spoke a few words about their new family as they poured in the sand.
