Not at all. We do not have any influence or association with Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu.

You can say Daito Ryu and Aizu Ryu are "cousins". ;-)

They say that Takeda took what was handed to him through his family line and mixed it with his inlaws art from the Aizu and called his combined art Daito Ryu so you can see the similarity. Thats how I understand the history anyway but the sources you read only give so much of the story.
