That's wired the slug is a creature and it's inside a human being and it's so dirty,has bacteria, and causes illness don't they die from it

when you save little sisters you end up killing the slug within them and it ends up freeing them from their mind control, but you only get half as much ADAM from them

Just found out what the slug does and how it appeares, (this is for people who are going like "what the f**k? how did she turn into a slug!?" )

The slug is a creature that lives on the Atlantic ocean floor, it can create ADAM but the amount it creates is doubled in little sisters (the slug is why the little sisters are so wierd and have glowing eyes) when you harvest little sisters you take the adam from them and the slug (you end up absorbing *eating in many ways* the little sister)
