Using the option scripd downloader at the follwing site scribddl(remove this).tk goes way faster.

@rarksz If you see the "No or invalid URL passed" this is what you have to do:

In the URL with json at the end replace the uploaders username with "doc", and replace the - after the longnumber with %2F. If there is a d%2F in the url, you have to remove that as well. And it will start working...

@rarksz It only works if the original URL is something like scribd.com/doc/somelongnumberh­ere/...

Otherwise it gives this error... Actually this other type of url does not work with scribddl either.
