A tough meet after cutting 3kgs in water and having to go straight from squat into bench and then straight into deadlift as well with no flights in between.
Not the total I was hoping for but meet PBs in all 3 lifts and total and at a lighter bodyweight and in my first equipped meet (and as the only equipped lifter!) so overall plenty to be happy about.

@stewiebenson Plan is to have a couple of weeks doing what I want in the gym before getting back under heavy shit and prepping for my next meet. Weight-wise I won't be bulking yet. I go into detail in my training log but the weight cut left me feeling pretty shitty today so my plan is to be a true 93 before my next meet. With backloading I should be able to do this slowly whilst also gaining a bit of leg, upper back and arm mass which will help the gear fit better.

Good showing man. Weight cutting is a bitch and until I start going for records I decided to just lift at whatever weight I am. I'm finding snatch grip pulls off blocks has really been helping my lockout. I vary the reps weights from 10-20 reps. The 20 rep set is with 50% of my 1RM.

Mate, hell of an accomplishment today. You definitely had more in you on the squat and the deadlift. You're ridiculously strong off the floor with the deadlift - that's usually my sticking point rather than lockout! Anywho, great achievement. What's in store now? Are you going to bulk again?
