Very good i have to say. I did Highland Dance for almost two years and i have a bronze metal to prove it. (Before anyone says anything they only gave bronze when i did it.)

Highland dancing is damn hard. Hopping on your toes for that long really does a number on your feet and knees ... maybe it's easier when you're younger, I learned the highland fling at 20 at a ceilidh in P.E.I. and sadly I won't be pursuing it further. Good old tap and Irish dancing for me.
