  • @Jzend001 First, I did not try to "make you feel" anything which denotes manipulation and emotional cunning two things I am very much against. My title was clear. Are you honestly asking me my motives for making my video or are you so clueless that you are refusing to understand empathetic discourse? I would think that you of all people would understand the difficulties of being different. The videos that you enjoy sympathize with your perspective and comfort you. Is that comfort exclusive?

  • I used to be like you extremely happy or extremely sad. It's not really healthy AT ALL. I realized that you have to find a middle ground or you'll go crazy and maybe even become BIPOLAR lol...I had to take a semester off of school to sort through my feelings and find this middle ground....cool...I thought I was the only one who felt those extremes in emotion..=)

  • Yes you're right. I said that before treatment and knowing that I was bipolar. I'm assuming that you didn't see my later bipolar video. It might be nice for you to check it out. I talk about it more there. And of course my dear you are never alone. I had to take two semesters off one spent in the hospital getting meds right and another getting my strength back.

  • as opposed to most people loving being misunderstood?

  • I agree with everything you just mentioned in this vid. Its kinda bad being ENFP because I never feel at peace for too long and always anxious for the next thing. And no one really understands you.

  • I am SO surprised. That is so offensive and hideously generalizing! I think what puts me off most is that you're an NF I wouldn't have thought you could waste words to bring down your fellow man but I guess there is first time for everything. "Almost everyone is put off" is strong statement and people who do not know when and how to use superlatives

have a distorted view of reality. If you can generalize enfps I wonder what would stop you on other things (race, gender, religion) be careful!

  • You can't have very high "highs" if you don't accept the very low "lows".

  • you really do see this! thanks for sharing, a fellow ENFP

  • When you said you covet the "I" in INFP, I thought you were saying "eye" at first, as in you covet their perspective. I'm sure you love INFP perspective as much as the rest of us ENFPs. I feel like I very much understand you!

  • @egrue99 You could not possibly know how hard it is to be an ENFP, otherwise you would not have written that comment. ENFJs are only people-people. They are not intellectuals although they are intelligent and may pursue education in order to get ahead in the world. INFJs are only intellectuals who are interested in people only in theory. ENFPs are both people-people and idea-people. Because we are both intelligent (INFJ's realm) and fun we threaten INFJ existence. I hope you get over it.

  • I'm an ENTP (:

  • Hey. I'm an INTJ female and I really liked how you said this part" It has been proven that NFs ...different functions to arrive at the same outcome." I think one of the biggest errors people fall into with MBTI is the mentality that X result is produced by X function and only X function when, in reality, the way that the conclusion is arrived at, not the conclusion itself is what indicates a function. Very good point.

  • @egrue99 ..thanks for the insight.-an ENFP

  • @hartpoet I don't see egrue99 as an INFJ, no self respecting INFJ that wasn't ESL would have so many typos in such little space. Also, they are factually off, ENFPs are Ne/Fi and the second (to the ENTP) most introverted extrovert where as the ENFJ is Fe/Ni and the most extroverted of the intuitives. As such they are always on the go meeting, talking, moving, networking and generally over the top. ENFPs have that side to them but it isn't the norm as it is with the ENFJ.
