The Indianapolis business community knows chemical engineering graduate Timothy Harris for the chemical company he started in 1994. In the next 14 years, he grew the business to more than $100 million in annual sales. But hes even more widely known for the other hats he wears — as a founder and pastor at Turning Point Family Worship Center in Indianapolis; as founder of TM Youth Camp in Zanesville, Ohio, in 1980; and as founder of the TM Youth Development Foundation, providing life skills, counseling, tutoring and other services for children and young adults. Harris built the not-for-profit church and youth center with a substantial investment of his own money to help young people maximize their potential through Christ.
