Head and whiplash traumas and associated emotional events imprint within the body. Triggering mechanisms replay these events subconsciously initiating a variety of symptoms: dizziness, nightmares, migraines, pain, restricted range of motion of body parts, insomnia, fatigue, nausea, mental fog and reduced mental acutity.

  • nightmares can also be caused by hypoglycemia and adrenal fatigue. I keep nuts, fruit and water in my car and room. Feed your adrenals B5 complex with C, D, american ginseng and zinc.
