Hi. I just found your videos and I really like them and I hope you keep making them. I know what you mean in this video about your quarter life crisis and I know even more about slow weight loss. I've been on Weight Watchers for about 11 months and I just got to 25 pounds. It is frustrating that it takes so long, but I know I am better off now than if I quit a few months back, or even worse, if I had never joined at all. I hope you keep going because I know that I'm glad that I have.
Don't give up!! Your doing such a great job! Hey u never knw u might be building muscle. The same exact thing happend to me last week but I'm back on track and logging everything. I've been walking/jogging ony threadmill :) lose the scale and pick up a measuring tape!!! That's what I recently did :)

change up what your eating. go for more fiber, protein and fruits and veggies for a while and see if that helps.

Hang in there!!! It is possible you are gaining muscle... make sure you are checking your inches!!!!
