@allianceFiLifeDotCom - Although there are no new ideas under the sun, the word "ideas" has no place in a evaluation of copyright law which is what Stewart's case is about. Copyright registrations insure what's called "expression" of an idea which must follow a format as listed on old school copyright PA forms. Copyrights record & protect the expression's of idea's not just idea's itself. This is what Stewart has that Cameron, Hurd & the Wachoski's don't: VALID COPYRIGHTS to support their films.
