whats the music's name ?

I do hope someone has identified this for you as "Riverdance". If you haven't seen the stage production, check whether it is playing or coming to a theater (live) nearby, or rent the video of the show. The music is riveting, and as you just saw, so is the dancing.

this is not tap dancing; this is step dancing which is a form of Traditional Irish dance..
Tap was inspired by step and was developed by american blacks.

It's not tap dance, or Irish tap dance, or riverdancing. Riverdance is the name of a highly popular show featuring IRISH DANCE. Just sayin'.
