Parotte Fighter, or Parotte Fighter Special Heroes Dynamite (パロッて!! ファイター ~スペシャルヒーローズダイナマイト), is a game from Retsuzan that features female cosplayers dressed up as characters from classic 2D fighters such as the Street Fighter, World Heroes (Rasputin, Captain Kid), Fatal Fury, Fighter's History (Dynamite), and the obscure Super Famicom Toshiba EMI published fighter, "Battle Master".
Besides cosplaying characters, the game actually borrows certain mechanics from the games where the respective characters originate from. For example only the "World Heroes" characters can return fireballs back at their opponents with timed blocking and there is a "danger" stage where you can get damaged by touching the walls. Only certain characters (like the Fatal Fury Special characters) have desperation moves when their life is low. Syohko, from Battle Master, acts as a final boss for the game by utilizing many of the broken mechanics from her game of origin; for example, she is the only character who can instantaneously cancel from moves, regardless of most circumstanes. She can even cancel into powerful throws straight from mega combos and do ultimate attacks (her combo special at low life) that instantly dizzy you...and she can loop this attack infinitely (though the CPU doesn't abuse this). Mizouchi might look like it, but she can't do it like Syohko can. Mizouchi does, however, have a few attacks with a high stun level, allowing for more time to chain consecutive attacks.
Syohko can even do rapid kicks in air...and cancel one anti-air uppercut attack directly on top of another one...while she is still in air. Same goes with an uppercut attack with a fireball. I didn't use Syohko in this video because she's waaaay too cheap. It's an okay game, but nothing too spectacular or special. Plays very old-school for the most part. Enjoy.
Put the damn difficulty up!

@BigBlackGWAR Adjustable difficulty is not a part of the core FM2K engine; it has to be implemented in some fashion by the developers, as is the case with something like "Battle Capacity". Otherwise, it depends on the A.I. given to each individual character, which differs greatly from game to game.

@Vysethedetermined2 They designed a game where the opponent is nothing but a crash test dummy? Sorry, I though you were intentionally putting the difficulty down. (i'm sick of the psychic cpu opponents)

@BigBlackGWAR It's okay. The FM2K engine is pretty versatile, but there's just some things it doesn't do well or doesn't have on its own like a built-in difficulty selector (it has the ability to adjust round time, number of matches, speed, etc.). Some creators give their games two or more difficulty settings, while others have one default that's usually almost psychic as you put it or who hardly fight back. It's kind of unfortunate. I normally play on normal difficulty or higher.
