Cracking a young Thia Coconut can be easy. Don't let this thing intimidate you. You don't need a big meat cleaver either. I like a sturdy chef's knife. More health tips at www.healthychefdude.blogspot.com .

  • What kind of knife is that? That was amazing. I use a meat cleaver. But this was crazy - a Chef's knife? Is that all it's called?

  • @JoelleDunn yes a sturdy chef's knife aka a chopping knife. Don't spend much on a knife for this. the cheap ones work great.
