These are just a few of the talented men and women enrolled in the College of Nursing's Clinical Nurse Leader program, a 22-month master's program designed for those with non-nursing baccalaureate degrees -- the first program of its kind in New Jersey. Meet some of these exceptional students as they obtain the leadership and clinical skills they'll need to embark on a successful new career in nursing.

@jadepuno When you are reciving a secondary degree in nursing, that is the normal academic process.

@jadepuno Did you hear the video? Some of these students have MBA's! One student is a doctor in their country. They have to have a 4 year college degree to qualify. Did that help?

I do not understand why these CNL students are not required to have a nursing background to be admitted to the program. How can they be clinical experts in their fields when they themselves are novices in nursing?
