@icametorock1 Good point, but there are other valid reasons during other dates which they say things would have happened. Ill have to research it again. I cant say nothing will happen, but think about it..If (And I know you said maybe) the Earth stopped spinning..how? This is more a thing of science-fiction than reality. If the Earth stopped spinning, that would already be catastrophic as it is...we wouldnt need any events to worry about. lol :)

@jlebesis true it does. but its other events as it were that happen on this day that may or may not be the difference. i'm no expert also, but have been following this for a long time. since high school. for me 82-86. and two things stick out. or three. one the earth's protection field drops. two the earth lines up directly with the sun. and three (maybe) the earth stops spinning as well as stands straight up and down in its orbit. meaning the entire planet is wide open for something really bad

@icametorock1 Just meaning, that why is this one so special, and supposed to have negative consequences. I just want people to use their heads..I'm not an expert on this matter, but I dont believe anyone is. In short, it happens all the time, this one aint going to be different. I guess cos Im an old fart, I remember all the years that everyone had evidence it was all going to end..there has never been so much as a fart come out of the Earth :) lol

actually it occurs twice a year... it makes winter in the northern hemisphere in december, and it makes winter in the southern hemisphere in june
