  • I like your vids a lot, but the far away camera makes it hard to see WTF you're doing. At least have someone crop it. Thx.

  • @SlightlyDazed7 Yeah, Sorry about that... This original set of videos were shot without a cameraman, and the result was videos that weren't professional quality.

The newer videos are much closer and have the watermark removed.

Thanks for watching, and please check out the site for the newer videos.

  • Does anyone know what this sumbission is called?

Guard->Rubber Guard->Leg over opponents arm with ankle and foot wrapped under opponents chin (and neck-)>choke with foot and pull opponents arm in an attempt to snap at shoulder. I believe its what was used to break Beechers arms in "Oz".

  • Sounds like go-go plata.

  • ok i have a question.

does this only work when your opponent has his weight back ( like in the video) . i have a lot of trouble executing this because he presses all his weight forward on me while in guard. we aren't striking so he isn't interested in posturing up at all. so with him practically laying on me, trying to pass guard, i cant get my leg up around his head.

any tips , or should i just abandon this submission when hes like that?

  • Flexibility and leg-dexterity can play a role in this situation, but more important is your hip movement. You HAVE to create the angle with your hips. If you can't get the omo-plata this way, try setting it up from rubber guard.

  • no offense but

    are you def ?

maybe your volume is not up enough

  • The new videos don't have the watermark, neither do the videos in the store. If you hate it that bad then purchase them in downloadable format. Otherwise, stop complaining about free videos. I'm not really overly concerned about what YOU hate.

  • This is good cause it also works for the rubber guard. You can go to the Jiu Claw then to the omoplata

  • @Noahri2 if hes tryin to stand up, hes most likely gonna slam you. so to keep them from posturing up, pull their head down, and reach for the back of their leg, if he manages to lift you, turn your hips over and get your leg over his head and keep hold of his arm, youll get the armbar.

  • Good day,

I'm learning a little bit of MMA, can someone tell me some techniques which I can use when someone's standing up when I'm triangling him.

  • I learned a slightly simpler way of doing this were u dont have to be as limber. Eventho its great to do the tighter moves to get more limber down the road

  • quick question - what happens if they roll ?? does there arm rip in half or what ? do they escape

  • damn that gota hurt

  • How come when I try to do this it ends up locking before I can get all the way in? It locks like an armbar.

  • @SlightlyDazed7 nice name browski

  • hey man, good videos. i just started trying to train myself, luckily i've got sparring buddies so we all try moves and have grappling matches, we watch most of your videos for moves, thanks for them.

  • These are very helpful videos, you guys make it easy for us to get some extra training on the side. Thank You.
