As the Senate considers S.1348 to allow amnesty for 12 to 20 million illegal aliens and an expanded guest worker program, little thought is being given to the national security implications of these massive programs. The already overloaded and corrupt U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the agency that would have to administer these programs. As Michael Cutler, a former INS Special Agent, notes in his testimony, background checks for visa and citizenship applicants are woefully inadequate. He explains that USCIS is not only understaffed and underfunded for the task, but that background checks are performed based on the information submitted by the applicant, which may be fraudulent. Cutler explains before a congressional subcommittee that national security is already compromised and that the Senate bill will result in an administrative and national security nightmare. He says it's almost as if there was no 9-11 Commission.

This asshole could not be more ignorant, in order to get an official ID, you must provide documents which are legit, such as a valid Passport, certified birth certificates and a whole array of other documents, to say, you can just walk in a Federal Building , show a fake document and automatically get a license. HOW IGNORANT IS THIS BIGOT. We need to regulate immigration, we need to close the borders and get rid of these idiots talking to the other idiots in Congress.
