@Epifrin My mistake. I was referring to the Kindle itself. The Kindle 2 had an aluminum casing on the back and the new one is all plastic.

@thatsmyaibo Oh sorry, I meant the actual Kindle reader. I think you said somewhere in your video that they made it of plastic to reduce the price, but I'm wondering if it's solid enough, 'cause I'm about to purchase a kindle 3 and I don't want to get a protective case (which is added weight).
