i went to LA boxing for 6 months and then i went down to the local shopping mall and punched the absolute fuck out of a bunch of people, then i went out clubbing and was able to fight two doormen and punch the fucking shit out of them and 3 guys in a club

im 15 and i go to the LA boxing gym near me, its actually pretty fun and my gym instructors are cool, but one of them will work you to death XD

Not true. You just need to take the fight team classes. They are hands on working with partners and sparing. The bag classes are non contact and geared toward exercise. Fight team is to actually mix it up. We have MMA, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. Not all LA Boxing locations are the same. In Carlsbad, we do have the fight stuff. About 15% of the people taking the fight classes fight professionally.

The gym is in Carlsbad, Ca There are about 60 LA Boxing locations across the country. GREAT workout!
