Here's the B-Side of the Grizzly Bear's While You Wait For The Others single. It's the same song, but featuring the one and only Michael McDonald of Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan fame on lead vocals.

i love this version. michael mcdonald's voice is perfect for the music. i've heard the orginal several times and i am a huge grizzly bear fan. i think they rocked it on this one.
Prefer the original, but this is still pretty awesome. I think most of the people hating are just doing it because remotely liking anything related to Yacht-Rock is basically devil-worship for indie fans, and they need to affirm their authenticity.
Regardless, McDonald absolutely nails that outro brilliantly.
Even if this isn't a joke, I can't believe how many people here actually like this better than the original. I mean, seriously? The original vocals actually make sense with the song, with that other wordly feel that makes their music what it is (and awesome). Michael McDonald just turns this into a joke. Even if it really is him singing.
