@seventy18 in 1981 was no law for insurance ....

@seventy18 Did I claim to be of utmost authority and knowledge? I appreciate the info btw.

@Breakn28 When did the alleged violation occur career wise? If he/she was cop (a servant to the public) while not paying taxes then it will be an uphill battle. Being a public servant makes you subject to the codes and statutes as whatever country, state, city, basically jurisdiction you fall in. The way I understand, citizens fall under this same jurisdiction. People do not however.

He wasn't arrested for no head light... He was arrested for failing to produce proper insurance. 2:49. So if this guy hit me with his car and hurt my kid, where would I go to seek funds. The Cop was right to get this guy off the road.... See how freemen twist shit.. the cop pulled the guy over for a broken light.. found he had no insurance and impounded his car rightfully

To all you freemen/sovereign... you guys look like a joke. the only way to beat the system is to study the laws of the system.. A4V ha! what a joke

@BeenSovereign Hey man you really dont know what your talking about. we live in a common law jurisdiction. but because you dont study law your subject to all sorts of privacy and legal problems. let me set you on the right path look up this term PARAMOUNTCY DOCTRINE. now you will see that all the common laws are in conflict this is why we have lawyers. drivers license says your address by law. constitution over-rides the highway act. u can use a PO box to remain private ((complicated))

@BeenSovereign I didn't say it's all inaccurate. I'm saying that you'll most likely be locked up, declared mentally incompetent when arguing in court. Dismissed cases over $10,000 would set precedent for a large movement to take off although people need to see actual court documents / judgements to truly believe it to work. (Also no cases from the ozarks). I know an ex cop who's in court for over $200,000 in backtaxes with this movement. If he/she wins, I will be a believer.

@Breakn28 Fine, I ask you the same courtesy then. Also, what part of 1215 dot org did you refute? Simply saying it's all inaccurate doesn't cut it. I have no desire to start a site or a blog, i don't even check my facebook and up until recently rarely checked email. If you participate in commerce you'll owe taxes, plain and simple. Learn legalese, learn your rights. Do dismissed cases set precedent?
-
@BeenSovereign Why not start a website/blog to present all your factual findings if there really is any of any credible merit. The one you presented are a dime a dozen and lack any proven cases' whatsoever. Theory, laws, scenarios, and the time you wasted studying them win you no points. What do I define as winning?? Seriously? The entire subject is on whether one is liable for paying his/her taxes. At no point did I define greed or poverty so don't be so quick to judge others.
STRAWMAN TAX ACCOUNTS , ALSO CALLED "THE REDEMPTION MOVEMENT" LOOK IT UP, IT = JAILTIME!
KEEP THIS AT THE TOP TO INFORM TAXPAYERS(THUMBS UP)

To anyone who is listening and reading the comments.....I'm betting most of the negative comments are posted by CIA-operatives.....everything I've heard and researched based on Alex Jones' shows have been correct.....most people are too lazy to do their own research.....so much more easy just to sit back and throw out a one-liner.....bring it on, my friends.
