  • and she was soooo gorgeous as Em in "The Harvey Girls" with Judy Garland! never get tired of watching her confortation scene with Judy in the saloon, where she tells her Ned Trent can talk for himself and so on.... she could be such a ice queen! but i love it! :)

  • @oldiesguy8 Spot on! ;)! Always thought of Angela as Lana's "evil twin"! That would have made a great vehicle for a picture, do you think?

  • She so is... such a versatile Performer. Next month She is Turner Classic Movies Star of the Month... i am so excited for it! showing alot of her movies even one or two i havent seen yet :) have you seen her remarkable work in "State of the union" with Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn, or her role as the sweet Innocence Sibyl Vane in "The Picture of Dorian Gray" and her equal convincing role as the sullen Maid in "Gaslight"?

  • @oldiesguy8 All of them! :)!

  • Yes she really is.... love her!! :)

  • @oldiesguy8 From Samson And Delilah to Manchurian Candidate to Mame on Broadway to Sweeney Todd! And don't forget Murder, She Wrote! The woman is... unstoppable!

  • @oldiesguy8 She's still vital and full of energy- it really would be such an honor. She is one of the last great stars of the Golden Age. :)
