Cheryl Burke, two-time champion of Dancing with the Stars, chooses Jazzercise dance fitness as her favorite workout program. It's mix of dance, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, core work and strength training keeps Cheryl fit when she's not in the ballroom.
Jazzercise actual class should incorporate alot more dancing!!! Don't get me wrong it's an excellent workout but i want to dance more and it seems to be more aerobics.
