  • all these ass holes are bitching and flaming and they probably cant even move 225 LOL touching the chest version of benching is for isolation, coming 1-2 or eve 3 inches from the chest is called building up strength, your never gonna shock your muscles benching something that you can touch your chest with, this guy got this strong because of the way he benches, hed never be so strong doing isolation benching

  • @Joh32 Touching your chest makes u rest no matter wat, but he still had the weight too high. Id say an inch off his chest is a good and safe limit. Touching ur chest can also damage ur shoulders badly with that kind of weight
