she sounded like the stareotype yoga instructor. But other than that i found this pretty neat and fun to watch.
She also has an amazing body so I might as well do what she tells me in that annoying breathy voice.

I love the yoga moves, but this instructor is so boring. I literally can't stand to listen to her. Her body is gorgeous, though, so I guess I ought to be doing whatever she's doing.

surprise, surprise... how many YT faces do you have ;?) perhaps you should show some other asanas that lead one to being able to reach the floor... i'm really a yoga novice with big n, but i'm not sure if bending the knees would lead me to where i'm. if at all yoga is honesty with one's body and while not advocating straining oneself it must be admitted that yoga is torture...
