The Cat was popular enough as a commissioner.. remember he started as heel as a New Blood lackey but tremendous crowd reactions turned him into face.. but he was crap in the ring... and dear god.. miss jones in the dying days of wcw...

@brocstarr Thats true...but WCW fans were never really interested in watching Cat wrestle...i remember hearing the groans in the audience whenever his entrance music started.
