I thought, that it has 1600 watt.
120 V X 15,6 A
The only reason why almost all truckers bought inverters is ability to ran port AC unit.
To start compressor and run it very hard. If you are using honda , than it should run
in normal regime.(forget about eco mode) The noise level would be little bit higher . :( And the price...999$ in our time is to march gays.So...

those inverters are awesome. how much did it cost? I was looking at the generac inverted, but ran after finding they use plastic cam shafts.
sweet generator, I almost bought an EU3000is off craigslist, but ended up buying a diesel generator instead. Its an old school unit built like a tank (and weighs almost as much lol)! Check it out on my channel, its a project but I love fixing it up, just little issues with it more than anything.

@MrShawn305 I am quite familiar with the E3000is too. my buddy also got one from C/L, I picked it up for him. he paid $800.00 and it was very clean, what a deal huh! thanks for watching, be sure to check out the other Honda gen sets on my channel. ~Kat

AMD,
The Honda EU2000i uses a single cam lobe to drive both valves. It too is plastic and they do wear. Also the governor gear/splasher is plastic too. That is sometimes a source of failure.

@cujet yes I'm aware of the "plastic" internal parts used today. it does not please me but I hope Honda does a better job than the others. frequent oil changes are a must!

Very cool. What Fluke multimeter did you use to measure the decibel level? - Thanks.

@pickerdd the 59.92 is the hertz not db (typically 60). I was demonstrating that didn't change as the engine speed changed, sorry for the confusion. ...that's a Fluke 85 and it had recently been fixed under warranty by Fluke so it was correctly calibrated those readings are accurate.
