Eric Mintel Quartet Live at the University of VT, Burlington.

The Eric Mintel Quartet rolls into the beautiful town of Burlington Vermont to perform a special concert at the University of Vermont for the Lane Series. Special thanks to Jane Ambrose, Natalie Neuert and David our sound tech and most of all to the people of Vermont who came to the concert. We had an incredible time and I'm so thankful some of the concert was captured on video. We're looking forward to coming back again soon! This song is by Dave Brubeck called Nomad with spontaneous intro by Mintel. Dave Mohn did a great drum solo on this tune but for this I had to fit it into the 10 min time frame. I'll post Dave's solo in it's entirety on another video here. Eric Mintel piano, Nelson Hill soprano sax, Dave Antonow bass and Dave Mohn drums. Recorded February 14, 2009 in the UVM Recital Hall.
