Video tour of Chicago's West Town Neighborhood. West town is located 2-4 miles northwest of downtown. Long ago it was mostly German then Italian neighborhood. The main intersections of West Town are Damen Avenue and Chicago Avenue. No two buildings are the same. Each one is unique. The neighborhood is relatively safe and has seen a huge revitalization in the last 10 years. Greystone mansions and new condos are still being built despite a slow economy. West Town is great place for working professionals with dogs. The area is very vibrant with many restaurants and corner bars in the area. You see people jogging and bike riding everywhere. Rents are affordable too. West Town is so close to downtown yet a quiet relaxing place to live.
Amazing!!!
