Disability Awareness and Customer Service for People with Disabilities - Video produced by the Ontario Ministry of Travel and Recreation in 1990. There are a few spots of terminology that does not follow "People First Language" (it was 1990 after all) but overall the video is a wonderful depiction of how to provide customer service to people with disabilities. A variety of types of disabilities are covered with a sense of humour threaded throughout. The original video has been edited to remove segments with degraded quality but the balance effectively conveys the intended message. Great AODA training video!
