Yes, listen to Jung. What did he just get through saying about the word "believe"? Did you get the impression he was an authoritarian who believed people should shut up and listen to authority figures (even him)? Not. On the contrary, he seemed to be the type of person who enjoyed discussion and debate.

Personally, I think humans (and other life forms) live once only and die once only. Life is precious. If you create new life (bear a child), you create a person who never lived before and will never live again. Or if you kill someone, you have destroyed a life that never existed before and will never exist again. And when you die, you exist only as memories in the minds of others. So, what kind of memories are you forging in the minds of your fellow humans?

Memories: this is my thought also about life: to be alive allows the "soul" to learn, experience and acquire knowledge and wisdom about "life". Once the "hardward" (body) wares out then our memories remain attached to the "soul"...helping the soul to navigate in space (become star) or else an indoctrinated "soul" will get stuck here on Earth, reincarnate again and again unitil the lessons are learnt properly...what corporate&religion are doing is entrap the "soul" here on earth...

Um, no. That's not what he said at all, and you know it. Why are you lying so?

Though I agree with you for the most part, I dont think you can make a statement with such a degree of certainty without proof. And lets face it you have no proof. No-one has. If there was proof there'd be no debate cause it would be indisputable fact. Don't get me wrong , I agree with what you say, I just dont like the way you said it. And theres always the possibility of being wrong no matter how smart you THINK you are.

Great video! I didn't even know Jung was still alive at the beginning of the TV era. He has great TV presence, don't you think? And I loved his statements about the word "believe", and about how we should always live as if we will live forever, instead of fearing death and trying to live as if every day might be our last. Grade: A. Stars: 5. (And it is VERY rare that I rate a video so highly!)

Get better headphones. Try Sennheiser HD280. Cheap at about $100. (Under $100 you get cheap tinny-sounding crud for the most part.) I could understand every word of this video using those.
