In europe a mercedes e class costs 90.000$ and gas costs 7$ per gallon and people continue to buy it becouse if they have monay they demand the best enve thow much cheaper cars takes you the same the same places.

@toolfreak77 yes so all luxury cars are like others: they have 4 wheels, doors, seats, an engine etc. but they are more expensive and have better materials and the small details are more well built, are more comfortable, have more tech features, handle better, are quieter, etc. The basic stuf is the same a toyota corolla takes you everywhere as well as the lexus Ls600hl, but one of them theke you on a better way. If people can pay high prices why not to build luxury cars?

I have an '04 ES330 and it's so soft and smooth!! At 105k, it still drives like it did when I bought it brand new. This is why I will always go with a Lexus!!

i have one 2010 but there is problem ,avibration in the steering wheel and some friends told this happen because of toyo tires

How do you know what the price is to know if it is expensive or not? What are you comparing it with?

@demoskunk seriously thats what i think about most lexus. one time i saw two cars in a lot in LA and I thought they were the same car but then on closer inspection I saw one was a toyota and the other a lexus.
