Pushmonkey - Live at Steamboat (Part 1)

Austin based rockers Pushmonkey have seen above the clouds on many levels in the last several years. In 1999 while supporting their self titled Arista LP, Pushmonkey appeared live at Woodstock , in 2000 the group wowed audiences at Ozzfest and recently they are promoting their new cd El Bitche. With a steady stream of live performances and tracks in popular playstation games, Pushmonkey are rapidly moving up the ranks of the modern rock underground.

The clip you are seeing came from the May 18th 2002 show at (now closed) Steamboat in Austin TX. This show was awesome, these guys rock.

Shit, I miss Pushmonkey. I remember when I was deep into them and by complete chance, found an original copy of "Maize" in a used CD store in Minneapolis. One of the best finds of my life...Saw them live three times in Austin...will never forget.

from what i remember this band kicked ass when i saw them open up for iron maiden in 99 here in el paso texas damn i was only 15 when i saw these guys

I was lucky enough to see them live 2 times, opening for kiss 1995 and for Iron maiden 1999 in san antonio, I got a radio show in that time in monterrey mexico, I give them some time in my show the audience respond real great, I hope I can see them in the future, excellent band!!!!
