本节目主要介绍了"南瓜咖喱鸡"的烹饪方法:
1、主料:鸡腿肉;
2、辅料:南瓜泥、土豆、口蘑、胡萝卜、洋葱、青椒;
3、调料:咖喱粉、椰浆、大蒜、香叶、面粉;
4、烹调方法:
(1)热锅凉油,放入大蒜、香叶、洋葱、口蘑,煸出香味之后,下入鸡腿块;
(2)炒熟了之后,再放少许的面粉和咖喱粉,转小火倒入南瓜泥;
(3)少许的水把事先煮熟的土豆块和胡萝卜块放进锅中、加盐、白糖、胡椒粉调味,然后盖上锅盖儿,小火焖上十分钟;
(4)出锅前淋上椰浆,撒少许的青椒,翻炒均匀之后即可。
