Don't know if this will be any help but for youtube I usually set my compression like this:
Video Compressor: H.264 (or Sorenson 3, but H.264 is better)
Sound Compressor: IMA 4:1
Size: 640x480 (even though youtube recommends 320x240)
Bitrate: 800kbps (as low as 600 if your video is pushing 10 minutes or as high as 1200 if your video is under 4 minutes)
Check deinterlace 'on' unless your camera shoots progressive frame already. Hope that helps.

Cheers Mate,
I will try to oompress with that rate, I know the computer i was using did not have a H.264 Compressor. My only option was to use Yucky .WMV but this week i wil lbe getting my new system and it will have everyting on it that i need. Yes!
